A Remarkable Milestone: Salesforce Celebrates 10,000 #IAmRemarkable Workshop Participants
Salesforce has reached an extraordinary milestone: 10,000 employees have now taken part in the #IAmRemarkable workshop series! This powerful program, which helps individuals own their accomplishments and speak confidently about their achievements, has become deeply woven into the culture of Salesforce. Its impact has been so profound that Salesforce was honoured with the Global Company Award at the #IAmRemarkable Awards 2024, recognising its long-term commitment and innovative integration of the program.
This milestone also marks a leadership transition. At the beginning of 2025, long-time company champion Katie Arthur passed the baton to Pheadra Jacobs and Meghan Friend, who have stepped into their new roles with passion, vision, and an unwavering commitment to inclusion and impact.

10,000 Participants: A Milestone of Pride and Purpose
For Pheadra, reaching this milestone is both a source of pride and a deeply humbling experience:
“Hitting the 10,000-participant milestone is a testament to the power of intentional enablement and inclusive leadership. Personally, it reflects my own growth as a leader: someone who once struggled to be visible, and now advocates for spaces where everyone is seen, heard, and celebrated.”
For Meghan, the achievement represents the collective effort behind the program’s success:
“This milestone is a reminder of the many people who came together to make this possible — from Sharon Klardie and Heather Brown, who introduced the program, to Mukarram Patrawala who inspired me, and to Katie Arthur whose leadership has left a lasting legacy. And most of all, I think of the 10,000 individuals who took a step toward owning their worth.”
From Participants to Champions
Both Pheadra and Meghan’s personal journeys with #IAmRemarkable have been transformative experiences that inspired them to champion the program for others.
Pheadra admits that, despite appearing confident, self-advocacy did not come naturally:
“#IAmRemarkable gave me the tools, the language, and most importantly, the permission to find my voice. Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same - because once you find your voice, it becomes impossible to stay silent.”
For Meghan, a workshop arrived at a pivotal moment in her career:
“I’d just been passed over for a promotion, and the session helped me reframe my narrative, communicate my value more effectively, and ultimately secure that promotion. It was a turning point that inspired me to pay it forward.”
Salesforce is celebrating more than growth in numbers; it’s celebrating a culture where voices grow louder, achievements are owned, and recognition is part of everyday life.
Building on Momentum
As they step into leadership, Pheadra and Meghan are focused on sustainability, inclusivity, and community building. Their plans centre on reigniting facilitator engagement through onboarding, re-engagement, and recognition programs, as well as supporting and certifying facilitators. They are also deepening collaboration with Employee Resource Groups and Equality teams, building on the successful Salesforce Women’s Network model, and anchoring activities around global #IAmRemarkable events to deliver multi-location programming with greater impact.
The results of this approach are already evident. A recent partnership with the Salesforce Women’s Network delivered 15 sessions across 11 locations, reaching 169 participants. And, as Pheadra notes, this is just the beginning. “We want every corner of Salesforce to feel the movement’s reach.”
A Remarkable Future
The #IAmRemarkable program at Salesforce has never been about one moment or one person - it’s about collective change. With 10,000 participants and a Global Company Award recognising its commitment, Salesforce is celebrating more than growth in numbers; it’s celebrating a culture where voices grow louder, achievements are owned, and recognition is part of everyday life.
