The #IAmRemarkable for Leaders workshop builds on the global #IAmRemarkable movement by helping leaders understand how recognition shows up in everyday work and how it shapes team culture.
Many employees struggle to talk about their achievements. When leaders actively recognize contributions and create space for others to share their impact, teams become more engaged, more confident, and more accountable.

What this training is about
It is a focused, interactive session designed to help leaders reflect on how their everyday actions shape recognition, visibility, and team performance.
The workshop moves beyond individual self-promotion and focuses on the role leaders play in creating environments where:
- Contributions are visible
- Recognition is consistent
- Accountability is clear

What to Expect - #IAmRemarkable for Leaders
Part 1 - The basics
The Workshop moves through two sections:
Section 1: The Individual Experience
You’ll experience a version of the #IAmRemarkable exercise and reflect on: why self-promotion feels difficult, the beliefs and norms that shape how we talk about our work & how these patterns show up in leadership.
Section 2: The Leadership Lens
You’ll explore how leaders shape recognition and accountability through everyday actions.
We’ll focus on: how recognition influences performance, engagement, and retention, common patterns that affect who gets visibility, how to diagnose your team’s culture using our newly developed Matrix & identifying specific actions you can take to better recognize and support your teamPart 2 - Accountability & Application Session
This experience includes a required 60-minute follow-up session.
Between sessions, you are expected to apply one or two changes in how you recognize contributions, create visibility, or reinforce accountability within their teams.
In the follow-up session, you will: reflect on what you tried and what changed, share real examples from your team/s, learn from how others approached similar challenges & adjust your approach moving forward

Organizations can offer this workshop to leaders and teams to strengthen confidence and self-advocacy, improve recognition and visibility, build more inclusive and supportive team cultures. Sessions are available online or onsite with certified Rmrkblty facilitators.
