About Yvonne
Yvonne is a driving force for creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment. She is a passionate champion for STEM & AI education and sees herself as a bridge builder, connecting people with opportunities they might not know existed.
This dedication led her to co-found Thrive and Shine to promote STE(A)M for brilliant, needy African students. As an Administrative Business Partner at Google, she launched Toastmasters and drove the #IamRemarkable initiative to encourage self-promotion. Through Mind the Gap, Yvonne has impacted over 1,600 Ghanaian students in STEM and AI literacy, with plans to expand across Africa.
