What matters most to me is being part of that transformation: helping people recognize their own value and feel more confident owning it. For me, this recognition is not the finish line. It is a reminder that change is possible when we create the right spaces and opportunities for people to grow. Sometimes the most valuable part of a training is simply creating the space for the 'how' to finally be discussed.

As Director of Community Relations, I lead initiatives across eight countries to amplify underrepresented voices. Traveling to facilitate this workshop showed me something very powerful: no matter where we are in the world, many of us struggle with impostor syndrome. For me, this recognition is not only an honor; it is proof that the message is reaching others and creating a ripple effect of confidence, visibility, and empowerment.

I moved to London alone in my early twenties with a suitcase, curiosity, and a belief that I could create a life of my own. Today, as a Premier Banker and an Executive Coach, my roles are really about one thing: helping people thrive. I believe our uniqueness is our strength, and I’m happiest when I help someone else see theirs. For me, that’s the real magic: bringing people together, helping each other feel a little braver, and creating something meaningful that is bigger than any one of us.

My #IAmRemarkable journey happened by accident, but I discovered a passion I didn’t know I had. Facilitation gives me the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life. Knowing that something I said or a conversation we had stayed with them and made a difference beyond that room is what being a finalist means to me. I realised just how invaluable what we give people in exchange for their time can be.

My mission is simple: to help others step boldly into their power and lead with authenticity and purpose. No matter how demanding corporate leadership gets, showing up to facilitate these spaces is non-negotiable for me. Seeing how these safe spaces break the cycle of self-doubt, foster deep community, and extend their impact far beyond office walls is a fulfillment I can barely put into words.

Balancing technology, leadership, dance, and entrepreneurship has taught me that being remarkable isn’t about choosing one path, it’s about having the courage to create your own. That moment made me realize that the most remarkable part of being an #IAmRemarkable facilitator is not standing in front of a room and speaking, it is witnessing someone else find the courage to speak for themselves.

Early in my career, I was stereotyped because of my accent, but I chose to use that experience as fuel to grow, improve, and make a way for myself. Being able to now help others see that value in themselves is something I am very proud of. Knowing that a session I facilitated could have that kind of impact on someone, was incredibly rewarding. Moments like that remind me why I love being a facilitator.

As a leadership strategist and executive coach, I help people grow as leaders and create opportunities for others. As the mother of two young adult daughters, this work is deeply personal. I help women recognize their contributions and speak confidently about their accomplishments. When someone finds the confidence to speak for themselves, they also show others what is possible. Being part of that moment is why this work means so much.

Discovering #IAmRemarkable gave me tools to dismantle my imposter syndrome and taught me that quiet competence needs a voice. Being a finalist honors my mission: proving that sharing your accomplishments isn't bragging, it's declaring facts that inspire the next generation. When we do the work to step into our own light, we give everyone around us permission to do the same.

By day, I'm a lawyer at Google... Being a woman in law and tech has taught me the power of speaking up and lifting others along the way. Sometimes, the most profound impact happens invisibly in the quietest corners of the room. When a silent participant uses the fuel of the room to fiercely advocate for her career and completely step into her power, that is why I am passionate about inspiring people to recognize and celebrate their own value.

I believe in the power of communities and the importance of believing in ourselves to reach our biggest dreams and define success in our own terms. I feel very energized every time I deliver an #IAmRemarkable workshop, and it is really special to see the positive impact it has on people's lives. I really enjoy bringing people together to build meaningful connections and strengthen the community.
