Aishee Bhattacharya, a Platinum #IAmRemarkable Facilitator, understands that true empowerment begins the moment you recognize your own inherent worth. Last year, Aishee was honored with the 2025 People's Choice Award. Because this specific category is decided entirely by community votes, winning served as a deeply moving reminder of the real, tangible impact she has on the people around her.
The People's Choice Award holds a unique weight because it reflects the direct voices of those whose lives have been touched by a facilitator. For Aishee, reading the nominations and taking home the award meant hearing the people she worked alongside proudly declare, "We see you. We choose you."
This overwhelming community support became a powerful tool to finally silence her own inner critic. It reinforced the exact message she teaches in her workshops: your contributions matter, your voice is necessary, and it is entirely okay to embrace the extraordinary, ordinary miracle of being exactly who you are.
Aishee’s approach to facilitation is rooted in the belief that both joy and motivation are highly contagious. When facilitators model self-pride, it creates a safe environment for participants to do the same. By removing the stigma around self-promotion, Aishee helps individuals break biases and step fully into their potential.
Her core advice to both fellow facilitators and workshop participants is simple but profound. It is a call to action to stop waiting for external permission to feel proud of your hard work.
Remarkable isn't something you become, it's something you already are. Celebration isn't the reward at the end of the road. It's what powers you down it.
Aishee BhattacharyaIt's an invitation to celebrate yourself and embrace the extraordinary, ordinary miracle of being exactly who you are.
Aishee BhattacharyaCelebrate relentlessly - yourself, your participants, every single step.
